Lewes and Rehoboth, Delaware are making it onto an increasing number of “best of” lists these days (go back and look at some of my posts for the last few months, you’ll see that Lewes, DE made it into both People and Fortune Magazine’s “ Best of” Lists ). This most recent article includes Rehoboth Beach as one of “America’s Best Little Beach Towns”. It was posted a online a couple days ago and is in their August Magazine issue. The other East Coast towns mentioned include Chincoteague, VA; Lubec ME; Cape May, NJ; Tybee Island, GA; Ogonquit, ME; Duck, NC; and Santa Rosa, FL

Best Place to Retire if You Hate Taxes?
June 2, 2010According to Money Magazine’s May 2010 issue, Lewes Delaware is the best place to retire in the Northeast “If You Really Hate Paying Taxes”…It’s also the best place to live if you like boating, fishing, biking, dining out, antiques, craft shows, walking on the beach, birdwatching, sea kayaking, jogging, continuing education, conservation, historic preservation….the list goes on.
